I finally got my hands on the OPI Black Shatter and Teenage Dream, I've been waiting for almost a month and now that I have it I must say I have mix feelings... Black Shatter doesn't go with short nails like mine, I do think this would look nice with long nails or medium length. I've been watching videos on youtube regarding this polsh and all suggest to be applied thinly for the crackling/ shatter to take effect.
Teenage Dream is the one I like among the two because not only does it go with short nails it "blings out" the look, it can be applied on top of any colored polishes or on it's own.
